Job Objective Provide patient transportation within the institution upon request from specialists and nursing managers, contributing to solving patients' health issues upon admission to the organization. Competencies Work organization Humanization Activities and Responsibilities Verify patient identification wristbands, ensuring care according to risk scales, and identify established isolations to guarantee correct transfers. Assist patient families, educate them on visitation norms, patient rights and duties, and help locate them within the facility. Provide warm, humane, and timely service to users, contributing to comprehensive care. Transport samples to other entities, locations, or internal units following protocols.
