PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Leverage data-driven insights to empower the Off Premise team in making informed business decisions. Develop, update, and accurately disseminate daily reports from sales tools. Analyze the energy drinks category market to support strategic planning and optimization across all areas through advanced analytics. RESPONSIBILITIES Areas that match your strengths All responsibilities entrusted to you include: - Continuously update and distribute Regional and National Sales dashboards to facilitate strategic decision-making and the development of the Business Plan for Off Premise Channels. - Generate and analyze detailed reports on sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Monitor and analyze Market Share and execution reports at Points of Sale (POS) using sources such as Retail Index, Scantrack, Dunnhumby, Golden Stores, and other external data. - Identify market opportunities and provide insights to support sales leverage strategies. Assist in the creation and analysis of sales incentive campaigns. - Maintain clean and accurate Business Intelligence (BI) reports and serve as the primary source of sales information for the National Sales Team. - Provide technical support for DPM, Strikers, and KA teams to ensure optimal performance of sales apps and tools. - Develop advanced data models to predict sales trends and customer behaviors, providing actionable insights to the Off Premise team. - Implement early warning systems by monitoring key market indicators and trends, alerting relevant stakeholders to potential opportunities or risks. - Conduct deep-dive analyses on market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to uncover actionable insights that drive strategic initiatives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive insights that drive business strategies and decision-making processes. - Design and implement interactive dashboards and visualizations that provide real-time insights into sales performance, market trends, and other critical metrics. - Create and present detailed reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting key insights, trends, and strategic recommendations. - Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing robust data governance practices and regular quality checks. - Develop and enforce data management policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards of data quality. - Train and support team members in best practices for data analysis and reporting, fostering a data-driven culture within the organization. Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing or similar. - Minimum of 2 years in administrative, commercial areas, or market research industry. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; strong analytical and data visualization skills. - Proficient in English and Spanish. - Strong analytical skills to identify gaps and market opportunities.
