The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Workday integrations, reports, and configurations to support business processes. This role requires deep expertise in Workday Studio, Workday Integration Cloud, and advanced reporting tools. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to optimize Workday configurations and workflows. Develop custom reports using Workday Report Writer, Advanced Reports, and Calculated Fields. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday integrations and security. Stay updated on Workday updates and recommend enhancements to improve system efficiency. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a Workday Developer. Strong expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services (REST/SOAP APIs) . Experience with Workday Security, Business Process Configuration, and Reporting . Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration and performance issues . Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Workday Integration Developer certification is a plus.
