Job Title Scrum Master Role Job Description As a critical member of a diverse team, the Scrum Master plays an important role in ensuring the success of Agile SAFe frameworks and Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) initiatives. This position requires a Servant Leader who can help teams achieve their goals through effective project management, communication, and collaboration. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex projects with multi-function teams, using Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall. They will also be proficient in using tools like Jira, Jira Align, Power BI, SharePoint, and other relevant software.
