Objective : Drive the brands e-commerce success across the diverse and dynamic market. Strategic thinker and hands-on doer, passionate about crafting data-driven marketing campaigns that resonates with our target audience and fuel online sales growth. Provide input to and lead implementation of Digital Marketing / Media plans and programs and manage marketing, merchandising, creative strategies and affiliated programs to promote organization's products and services through the Internet or other digital channels to increasing exposure to and business from the target audience. Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of online marketing channels including paid media ( search, social, display), organic search performance and developing a strong influencer marketing platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless online costumer journeys and brand consistency. Lead a performance team that analyze data and campaign performance to identify online sales opportunities. Stay ahead of the curve on e-commerce trends and best practices in our costumers , proposing innovative initiatives to drive engagement and sales. Manage relationship with key e-commerce partners and marketplaces providing direction to the team. Anticipate usage trends of the organization’s digital platforms, including number and quality of visitors and advertising campaign impact. Profile: Master's / Bachelors Degree in related fields. Advanced English level. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in e-commerce and retail media strategies Proven track record of success developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns Strong understanding of the colombia e-commerce ecosystem Excellent analytical and problem-solving Strong communication, collaboration and organization skills Project and budget management Employer's Rights: This job description does not list all the duties of the job.
