Job summary Responsible for supporting sales and/or account managers in their job to win, retain and manage national and/or multinational prospects and/or clients. This role can include client management tasks for small (local) accounts. **_ Job Specific Essential Duties & Responsibilities_** - Develops great relationships with the sales and/or account managers he/she works for - Establishes a strong internal network by working closely together with other departments involved in the client life cycle such as Operations, Finance, CDS, Marketing, Advito and Supplier Relations - Manages the client relationship with small (local) account - Creates client satisfaction surveys, monitors responses, analyzes results, and prepares client presentation - Works closely with Operations when handling customer complaints - Assists the account manager at time of implementation of a new client - Works together with Marketing on client communication initiatives - Works together with Supplier Relations on client related supplier promotion activities - Ensures all client contact details are kept up to date in the CRM to support any client related marketing and/or supplier relations initiatives
