The Client Trainer's primary responsibility is to ensure the highest level of service is provided to the Netcracker customer base by developing and facilitating appropriate training of Netcracker Solutions. The Client Trainer should develop such training with an eye toward its eventual use as part of a corporate, partner, and end-user customer training curriculum. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Deliver customer-facing on-site and online training Create and revise training courseware both core and custom Participate in Training Needs Analysis activity with clients Assist with development metrics to determine the effectiveness of training materials and programs Facilitate all levels of evaluating training effectiveness Develop process/training documentation for all training programs The ability to travel to Customer sites to provide training. This position requires travel, from 30 to 50% per month as needed When necessary work with the customer to customize the training delivery based on the customer’s requirements and culture Provide internal product training as needed What skills and experience will you need for this role? Experience developing and delivering customer-facing training in a corporate environment Experience in the BSS, OSS and/or telecommunications industry preferred Technical or professional experience with the following are a bonus: Application Servers (Websphere, Weblogic) Various operating systems (Windows, Unix) Education: BS/BA University Degree in Technology or related fields.
