Job Description: We are looking for an Appointment Setter to make outbound calls (90%+) with the goal of scheduling valuation appointments for home remodeling services. Calls will follow a provided script and will be managed through a dialer system, including warm leads, re-engagement with previous clients, and handling cancellations. The role may evolve to include inbound calls and cold calling to identify new potential clients. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to schedule appointments. Follow scripts to ensure consistency and effectiveness. Manage campaigns based on lead age and status. Re-engage clients who did not move forward in the process. Handle cancellations and attempt to reschedule. Log appointments in the system. Potentially handle inbound calls and cold calls. Requirements and Skills: Basic knowledge of construction. At least 6 months of experience in sales or collections. Experience with hard calls is preferred. Strong communication, active listening, and conversational flow skills. Shark attitude: assertive, persistent, and persuasive. Comfortable with dialer systems and tech tools.
