We are seeking a skilled Media Data Specialist to join our Edelman DXI Hub team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain experience in media and social monitoring, as well as analysis, in a fast-paced international environment. Key Responsibilities - Data Collection and Management - Collect data from various media sources, including social media platforms, television, radio, print, and digital advertising channels - Maintain data accuracy and consistency across projects - Create complex search queries and taxonomies using Boolean language Monitoring & Data Analysis - Establish and maintain efficient alerting systems based on project needs (taxonomies, frequency, respondents, etc.) - Analyze media performance metrics, such as visibility, reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI - Conduct in-depth data analysis on audience behavior, content preferences, and market trends specific to the Americas Reporting and Visualization - Produce clear, actionable research reports (daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly) using visual storytelling - Create and maintain live dashboards in media monitoring tools hosted by preferred partners - Tailor reports to meet regional needs, considering language and cultural nuances Profile & Experience - Minimum 2-4 years of experience in data collection, monitoring, reporting, and visualization in advertising/PR agencies or marketing departments - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong numeracy and analytical skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) - High level of organizational and time management skills - Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy - Understanding of North American business culture - Familiarity with PR/communications and marketing principles - Ability to work effectively with international stakeholders and adapt to global demands - English fluency (C1 or B2+)
