**_Human Resources Representative_** - The Language Doctors_ is seeking a dedicated **Human Resources Representative** to manage HR functions for our internal team and foster strong relationships with our network of external freelance teams. This role plays a key part in aligning HR operations with organizational goals, ensuring efficient processes for both employees and external partners. **Essential Duties & Responsibilities**: - Support day-to-day HR activities for internal staff, including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. - Handle onboarding processes for new employees, providing guidance on company policies, benefits, and compensation. - Manage employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews and final documentation. - Provide counseling and guidance to internal employees and managers on HR policies and procedures. - Serve as a primary HR point of contact for external teams, addressing inquiries related to onboarding, contracts, and company policies. - Develop and maintain strong working relationships to support clear, consistent communication and engagement. - Create, maintain, and ensure the accuracy and compliance of personnel records, contracts, and related documentation. - Create, maintain and enforce the HR department's policies and programs, ensuring compliance with employment regulations for both internal staff and external vendors where applicable. - Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. - Assist with internal HR audits, compliance reviews, and other mandatory reports. **Education, Experience, & Skills Required**: - Bachelor's or associate degree in human resources or a related field. Backgrounds or certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP/PHR), or fields emphasizing strong interpersonal dynamics (e.g., psychology, counseling) are considered advantageous. - A minimum of 1 year experience in HR or similar positions. - Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are required. - Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and conflict resolution skills. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) software. - High proficiency handling Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc.). - Experience or demonstrated ability in vendor or freelancer management is a plus. - Comfortable with a fast-paced environment. **Available Schedule**: - Monday to Friday from 09:00 am to 5:30 pm ET - Monday to Friday from 1:00 pm to 09:30 pm ET **_ The Language Doctors, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
