Overview We seek driven andenthusiastic individuals for the role of QA Automation Engineer IIat Quorum. The QA Automation Engineer II applies computer skillsand analytical thinking to design, document, execute, and report onsoftware quality testing. A fundamental understanding of testingconcepts and constructing comprehensive tests is essential. Thisrole demands strong communication skills and the ability tocollaborate in a fast-paced agile environment. Training on testingtheory, automation, and our product suite will be provided undersupervision. Responsibilities - Estimate effort for tasks based ondesign specifications. - Develop work breakdowns for assignedtasks. - Prepare and maintain testing documentation, flowcharts,data, and diagrams. - Participate in Scrum teams and workshops toensure clear acceptance criteria for user stories. - Define testplans, cases, and procedures to validate software requirements. -Set up test environments and data. - Conduct component,integration, system, and acceptance testing. - Record, report, andassist in troubleshooting failures and bugs. - Review and updatetest procedures and cases as needed. - Recreate user and test stepsto identify defects. - Follow established coding, scripting, anddocumentation standards. - Promote teamwork within Agile projectcycles. - Perform exploratory testing at key release points. -Design and execute advanced system tests. - Continuously updatepersonal skills through tools, publications, and professionalgroups. - Suggest software enhancements and next steps. -Participate in planning and demonstrations. - Perform otherrelevant duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements - Bachelor’sdegree in computer science, human factors, or businessadministration. - 3+ years of experience in software testing for Windows applications and software lifecycle management. - Stronganalytical and innovative skills. - Solid understanding of softwaretesting throughout its lifecycle. - Quick learner of new techniquesand technologies. - Experience with black box testing,collaborating with developers and analysts. - Familiarity with Agile methodology. - Ability to work independently on complexissues. - Knowledge of Jenkins, VersionOne, Git, Oracle, MSSQL. -Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
