We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented junior recruiter to join our team. this role is essential in supporting our talent acquisition efforts, with a strong focus on driver recruitment and internal hiring across various departments. key responsabilities: driver recruitment: source, screen, and hire cdl and non-cdl drivers, ensuring full compliance with dot and company standards. internal hiring: manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles in sales, customer service, dispatch, and administration. pipeline management: proactively build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job boards, social media, referrals, and cold outreach. interview coordination: conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with hiring managers. process ownership: handle job postings, applicant tracking, interview feedback, and preparation of offer letters. compliance & documentation: maintain accurate and organized records for all candidates, ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal hiring policies. onboarding support: collaborate with the hr team to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to start date. qualifications 1+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or high-volume hiring environments. experience recruiting both blue-collar (drivers) and white-collar (office/admin) talent. strong understanding of dot regulations and driver qualification files is a plus. excellent communication and organizational skills. comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments. what we offer: at talento, we invest in your well being a...
