Because of our amazing growth in the marketplace, we have multiple audi & volkswagen warranty administrator positions available to join the other 300 warranty administrators on our team. this is a great opportunity for experienced audi warranty administrators with the potential to work from home and focus solely on warranty administration for our audi dealerships. summary of position: the position requires previous automotive dealer experience managing warranty claims as outlined below. candidates must demonstrate excellent customer service through accurate claims processing, look for training opportunities within dealerships, and maintain professionalism and integrity. this is a full-time role. we do not offer part-time positions, and these roles require a non-compete agreement. required experience: previously held position as a warranty admin in a franchised automotive dealer qualifications / required skills: the ability to motivate others to achieve their highest potential, especially within the dealership good working knowledge of dms software knowledge of automotive dealership service departments knowledge of warranty accounting processes proficient at reading technician stories and applying labor codes certified or trained in at least one manufacturer core responsibilities: review claims for manufacturer's compliance with policy and procedures use our proprietary cars application to resolve dealer compliance issues book, close, and submit claims for payment account for and clear payment differences maintain warranty receivab...
