As a legal counsel, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating various agreements including employment contracts, lease agreements, supplier contracts, non-disclosure agreements, software licenses and data processing agreements. key responsibilities include preparing and agreeing other standard agreements such as service terms and conditions, subcontracts, consultancy, agency and reseller agreements. you will also check the terms of these agreements against company policy and standard forms. additional tasks involve managing renewal/extension dates and related negotiation timetables. you will advise the organization on labor law, commercial and legal aspects of transactions and negotiate with counterparty legal, commercial and procurement teams. you will provide day-to-day legal advice on matters related to the operation of the company, present legal issues to management together with analysis, options and recommendations. you will also render legal advice on labor matters and cooperate with external legal counsel on crucial issues. in this role, you will develop and communicate creative solutions and mitigation strategies to key negotiation points. your expertise will ensure that all contracts are properly managed, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. required skills and qualifications - at least 3 to 5 years' experience as a corporate lawyer. - good knowledge of corporate and commercial law; labor law, real estate, employment and data protection law considered an asset. - 3 to 5 years' experience in drafting contracts and leg...
