Kent bogota, d.c., capital district, colombia job overview we are seeking a skilled piping principal engineer to support our ongoing workshare projects. this role requires strong technical expertise in piping design, materials, and dimensional standards. the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in preparing detailed plans, isometrics, and support booklets, as well as defining equipment distribution and pipeline corridors. the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting engineers in the preparation, review, and expansion of technical standards, as well as participating in audit issues and providing technical support. key responsibilities - preparation of plans, drawings and diagrams: prepare plans, drawings and diagrams for each project, applying specific knowledge, standards and norms established for each document. - technical support: support the engineers of the specialty in the preparation, review, complementation or expansion of the technical standards generally applied. - support in audit issues: participate in the solution of findings of internal audits, periodic verifications and/or reports of non-conformity issued by the quality area. in addition to these responsibilities, the employee may be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor or management. requirements - bachiller academic or technical. - draughtsman, technician or technologist related to the specialty. - basic/intermediate level of english desirable. - advanced management of drawing software (autocad 2d and 3d), cadworx and autoplant. - sm...
