Product development engineer at our organization, we are building sustainable environments for global citizens. we are driven by a shared purpose: to advance life around the world. colombia is establishing our first technology and innovation center for latin america, dedicated to the development of products primarily for drainage and water supply systems. we are currently looking for a mid-level product development engineer to join us in bogotá, colombia. - deliver latam innovation pipeline projects within predefined timeframes, resources, and budget constraints. - translate list of requirements into several concepts. - refine concepts based on project stakeholders and subject matter experts. - take lead in testing solutions. - consult and align with process and/or material experts and local production on industrialization. - support, inspire, and collaborate with fellow product development engineers to come up with optimal solutions. - key technical knowledge holder of production processes and product design. qualifications - bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial design, mechatronics engineering, or production engineering or related fields. - knowledge and experience in developing plastic products, injection molding, extrusion, and other plastic processing methods. - 3+ years of proven experience in managing complex project portfolios, business excellence, change management, able to demonstrate high levels of organization and proactivity to deliver high-quality support to project teams and senior managers. - experience in setting up 3d models (prefer...
