Job description we are seeking a seasoned legal professional to join our team as a senior legal counsel. the ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial law, with experience in drafting and negotiating contracts. the successful candidate will work closely with our business units and stakeholders to ensure timely review, negotiation, and adherence to internal policies and practices. - main responsibilities: - drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, including master service agreements, statements of work, non-disclosure agreements, and supplier contracts. - liaising with internal and external clients to ensure contract terms align with business objectives. - providing guidance on contract risk assessment and negotiations to ensure the best possible outcome for the company. - collaborating with project teams to develop contract document templates and establish positive relationships with stakeholders. - researching legal issues and providing support to the senior legal team on assigned matters. required skills and qualifications - education: - a law degree (jd) or equivalent from a recognized institution. - experience: - at least 7+ years of post-graduate experience in commercial law, with a focus on contract drafting and negotiation. - familiarity with u.s. contract law principles and risk mitigation strategies. - language proficiency: - c1 or greater english proficiency, both written and spoken. - technical skills: - proficiency in legal research tools and microsoft office suite. benefits - competitive salary package: - a comprehensive benefits...
