**about the role** we’re a fast-growing tech and digital agency working on cutting-edge platforms across ai, automation, saas, and marketing. we’re looking for a **junior developer** who’s ready to grow fast, build real products, and work on exciting ai-powered tools. **what you'll work on** - frontend development in **react** (web apps, dashboards, ui components) - backend services using **node.js** and **express**: - ai integrations using apis (openai, langchain, etc.) - collaborate with senior developers, designers, and product managers - debug, test, and ship features on a rapid development cycle - build real mvps and saas platforms from scratch **must-have skills** solid experience with **react.js** and component-based ui working knowledge of **node.js** and server-side development familiarity with **rest apis** and asynchronous javascript eagerness to learn **ai tools and libraries** (we’ll train you too) git, version control, and basic dev workflow knowledge strong communication skills in **english** (spoken + written) **nice-to-haves** - exposure to ai/ml tools like openai, tensorflow, langchain - experience with mongodb, firebase, or other nosql databases - projects built and deployed (github portfolio is a big plus!) - basic devops or deployment knowledge (e.g., vercel, heroku) **what we offer** work on international, high-impact projects opportunity to level up fast and take ownership training and mentorship in ai development creative freedom and startup-style environment work from our modern medellín office...
