Job summary cleaner marketing is looking for a meta ads specialist to join our growing paid media team. you'll be responsible for running high-performing facebook and instagram campaigns for our dry cleaning business clients across the usa and beyond. responsibilities - campaign strategy & setup: plan and launch meta ad campaigns tailored to the needs of independent dry cleaning businesses (e.g. pickup & delivery promotions, subscription services, seasonal offers). - performance monitoring: analyze performance metrics daily, identify red flags, and make data-driven decisions to ensure campaign goals are met. - ad optimization: adjust targeting, placements, creatives, bidding strategies, and copy to maximize roi while reducing cpa. - budget management: recommend appropriate budget ranges based on client goals and local market conditions; adjust pacing based on performance trends. - creative collaboration: work with our content and design team to brief high-converting ad creatives tailored to niche customer segments. - reporting & communication: create clear, actionable reports for both internal teams and clients to understand impact and next steps. - a/b testing: regularly test creative formats, messaging, and audience segments to discover what works best in the dry cleaning niche. qualifications - 3+ years managing meta (facebook & instagram) ad campaigns - proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and juggle priorities - strong analytical skills and familiarity with meta ads manager and google analytics - clear understanding of campaign budgeting, pacing, and ...
