**jd: hr manager / talent acquisition & people operations lead (remote)** position summary we are seeking an experienced, hands-on hr manager / talent acquisition & people operations lead to oversee all human resources functions for green attic and ecobuildplus. this individual will be responsible for recruiting and hiring trade and office staff, onboarding new employees, developing and implementing an hr manual, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing employee records and benefits administration, resolving employee disputes, and supporting company culture. this is a critical leadership role in a fast-paced, growing construction environment. - key responsibilities talent acquisition - own the full-cycle recruiting process for both trade staff (installers, technicians, etc.) and office/admin staff - conduct screening interviews and coordinate hiring manager interviews onboarding - design and implement an effective onboarding program ensuring smooth integration of new hires - facilitate initial employee orientation, required documentation, and safety training coordination policy & compliance - develop and maintain an hr policy manual and employee handbook for both companies - ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws (including osha requirements) - maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files employee relations & performance management - serve as the primary contact for all hr-related inquiries - manage employee disputes and conflict resolution processes - support managers with performance reviews, improvement plans, and co...
