_temporary full time junior web designer - website portfolio - shopify, wix, ss, & wp _ the web designer/ developer will be assisting with the day-to-day activities surrounding website projects such as design layout, website updates, website connection, seo, domain & hosting services. we are a fun and exciting team that is growing quickly and looking to add new talent to our crew! we work hard and play hard here at fmo! this is a temporary remote position that will require regular daily zoom meetings with the entire team and also clients. applicants should be proficient in customer-facing and customer service skills. to be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience building websites on shopify, wix, squarespace, and wordpress. you should understand seo and be able to optimize each website you build. fast timelines, quick updates, zoom calls with clients to strategize are the day-to-day. must be quick and efficient. must have fast internet, private space to work remote, and updated technology. **responsibilities**: - participate in client discovery sessions - consulting with clients to determine their branding/site builds. - works closely with the design and development team to translate creative concepts into functioning websites. - assist with performing site maintenance as needed - ensures all work incorporates defined requirements and employs best practices in user experience and accessibility guidelines - ensures all timelines and deadlines are met. keeps implementation managers informed of project status, and proactively brings issues/...
