four tiers contracting is looking for a creative and driven remote content creator to support our brand with engaging, high-quality digital contentespecially video. if you're skilled in editing video for social media, telling real stories with authenticity, and enjoy working with a purpose-driven team, this is for you. our mission is to use the trades to help young adults aging out of foster care build confident, self-reliant lives. as part of our remote team, you'll help showcase the impact we're makingone video at a time. what you'll do
edit short-form video clips for social media (tiktok, ig reels, youtube shorts) organize and manage raw footage from job sites and interviews collaborate with founders and crew to build narratives around our work and impact create occasional graphics, basic social posts, or email content stay aligned with our brand voice and visual tone track content performance and suggest improvements
what we're looking for
strong video editing skills (capcut, adobe premiere, or similar) good eye for storytelling, pacing, and audio bonus: skills in canva, photo editing, and basic copywriting highly organized, able to manage media assets and deadlines growth-minded, performance-driven, and eager to improve fluent in english and able to take initiative
