Join the team that powers play. we're looking for a lead desktop support engineer to anchor it operations at our ea bogotá studio. you’ll be our go-to technical expert , leading local it projects, solving tough issues, and mentoring desktop support team members across all levels. reporting to the bogota it manager, you’ll be part of a growing, global it community that supports the creative minds behind the world’s biggest games. this is a temporary 12-month assignment role. you will work onsite from bogotá, colombia (salitre area). responsibilities lead desktop/laptop and endpoint support for windows, macos, and gaming console hardware. troubleshoot tier 2/3 issues across software, hardware, and network. mentor l1 and l2 techs while encouraging a strong support culture. oversee it onboarding/offboarding, asset tracking, and lifecycle management. guide local it projects like hardware refreshes, image updates, and automation. partner with orlando and global it teams to roll out hardware and improve support. manage vip support escalations and serve as primary lead for after-hours operations. use tools like asset panda and servicenow to manage assets and tickets. qualifications 6+ years in it support with 2+ years in a senior/lead role. hands-on experience with windows 10/11, macos, and console hardware. experience with imaging, patching, and deployment tools (mdt, jamf, sccm). familiar with asset tracking, inventory workflows, and procurement basics. proficient in active directory, office 365, and remote troubleshooting platforms. solid grasp of networking fundamentals (tcp/ip...
