generate 15–25 fresh ad concepts weekly tailored for meta (facebook & instagram) write direct response copy and creative briefs with strong hooks, pacing, and structure conduct market research to uncover customer pain points, desires, and objections create ad concepts for different stages of the funnel — cold, warm, and hot traffic source content from ugc creators across platforms like tiktok, instagram, and ugc marketplaces analyze performance and iterate on ad creative to improve conversions work across multiple products and avatars while maintaining clarity, speed, and attention to detail
qualifications
3+ years experience in a direct response or performance creative role (e-commerce brand, agency, or affiliate) deep knowledge of video pacing, ad storytelling, attention hooks, and scroll psychology strong direct response copywriting ability — especially for meta video ads proven ability to analyze and optimize creative based on performance data experienced working with ugc creators and c...
