Your mission objetivo del rol buscamos un/a responsable financiero con visión estratégica, capacidad de liderazgo y experiencia en entornos multiculturales y multinacionales. esta persona se encargará de supervisar todas las operaciones contables y financieras de la empresa, asegurando el cumplimiento fiscal en españa, colombia y ee. uu., y siendo un pilar clave en la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
responsabilidades clave
asegurar la correcta contabilización de todas las operaciones en los distintos países. supervisar la integración y calidad de los datos en el erp (siigo, odoo, netsuite, business central o similares). mantener la relación con las gestorías externas en españa y colombia , asegurando la presentación puntual y correcta de impuestos. preparar y analizar informes financieros: p&l, cashflow, balance general . elaborar y presentar informes de riesgo financiero y escenarios . participar en la definición de estrategias de pricing y rentabilidad . aportar análisis y recomendaciones en base a métricas clave: mrr, cac, ltv, churn , entre otras. actuar como líder del área financiera , con visión de escalar el equipo en función del crecimiento de la compañía. participar en reuniones estratégicas con clientes e inversores, explicando el impacto financiero de iniciativas.
