Job description: this position is responsible for processing all release of information requests in a timely and efficient manner ensuring accuracy and providing customers with the highest quality product and customer service. associate must at all times safeguard and protect the patient’s right to privacy by ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to the patient’s medical information and that all releases of information are in compliance with the request, authorization, company policy and hipaa regulations. essential job functions: completes release of information requests including retrieving patient’s medical chart and returning chart, scanning medical record accurately and correctly and transmitting daily, according to requests, established procedures, and established standards of quality and productivity. date stamps all requests and highlights pertinent data to facilitate processing. validates requests and authorizations for release of medical information according to established procedures. performs quality checks on all work to assure accuracy of the release, confidentiality, and proper invoicing. maintain equipment in excellent operating condition (inside and out). provides excellent customer service by being attentive and respectful; insures understanding of customer request and follows-through as promised; and being proactive in identifying client concerns, or problems. may receive incoming requests including opening mail, telephone inquiries, and retrieving facsimile inquiries, depending on the needs to the client. maintains a neat, clean, and prof...
Job summary : the clinical registered nurse has the responsibility for supporting the goals and objectives of the care enhancement program by providing high quality telephonic support in an appropriate, efficient and cost-effective manner while ensuring high quality care. the clinical registered nurse coordinates with the primary care provider and all other members of the health care team to support appropriate total healthcare management and ensure cost effective, appropriate resource utilization and quality outcomes. the clinical registered nurse is also responsible for early identification of those assigned participants who are at risk for increasing acuity, and for intervening with the participants and their primary care provider according to the disease management program intervention guidelines. a clinical registered nurse is supervised by an operations manager (om). all sharecare clinicians are required to participate in the orientation and to take the pre and posttests to review competency during orientation. yearly competency test is required for all sharecare clinicians. start date: july 21, 2025 pay: $38-$40/hr depending on experience available shifts: monday-friday:11am -7:30pm cst and every 3rd saturday from 8am -4:30pm cst monday-friday:11:30am -8pm cst and every 3rd saturday from 8am - 4:30pm cst training: 4 weeks from 8am - 4:30-pm cst. essential job functions: achievement of clinical objectives reviews status of participant’s preventive health exams as defined by the disease-specific standards of care guidelines. initiate appropriate interventions for membe...
