Talento is seeking a software engineer with strong skills in .net and modern javascript frameworks to join our clients development team. youll be building and maintaining features for broker ware tms, developing apis and integrations, enhancing ui/ux, and contributing to agile development processes. key responsibilities design, develop, and maintain high-quality features for broker ware tms. build, optimize, and document apis and system integrations to enhance functionality. collaborate with ui/ux teams to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces. partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions. participate actively in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives). monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues promptly. proactively identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions. qualifications 25 years of professional experience with .net (c, .net core/framework). 25 years of experience with modern javascript frameworks (react, angular, or similar). strong verbal and written communication skills in english and spanish. proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams. demonstrated initiative, problem-solving skills, and the ability to flag issues early. huge plus experience in logistics or with transportation management systems (tms). familiarity with freight apis, edi, and accounting/tracking integrations....
