INGENIERO JUNIOR_SOC

Contrato plazo fijo 2 meses, luego indefinido.

Brindar el soporte como ingeniero de soc (centro de operaciones de seguridad), ejecutando las actividades y/o procedimientos a realizar y la información que debe documentarse. •brindar soporte de nivel i atendiendo y resolviendo incidentes y/o requerimientos de baja complejidad de manera oportuna, brindando respuesta a las solicitudes expuestas, para cumplimiento de requerimientos solicitados tanto por el cliente como por la compañía. •gestionar y hacer seguimiento a los servicios provistos por terceros, realizando el correspondiente escalamiento de fallas. •prestar el servicio de soporte donde el cliente lo requiera, trasladándose a los diferentes proyectos de ser necesario para cumplimiento de solicitudes y acuerdos pactados. •administrar los dispositivos de red, de acuerdo a la plataforma que el cliente requiera. •cumplir con las actividades asignadas por el cliente a nivel operativo, para otorgar el servicio de soporte que éste requiere con las condiciones que se haya establecido inicialmente. técnico, tecnólogo o profesional en ingeniería de sistema, electrónica, telecomunicaciones o carreras afines, con mínimo 1 año de experiencia en administración y monitoreo de eventos en soluciones de seguridad perimetral en equipos como: firewalls palo alto balanceadores f5 waf imperva anti-malware kaspersky anti-malware trellix checkpoint harmony...
