executive support:
assist with calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics. manage executive email inbox: flag priorities, draft responses, and ensure timely follow-ups. prepare presentation decks for business development and internal meetings.
marketing support:
upload and format content and images for email campaigns using email platforms. support light creative and design tasks, such as social media graphics or slide layouts using canva. maintain brand consistency across marketing materials.
operational tasks:
conduct research as needed, including looking into obtaining a travel agent number or certification for the company. provide general administrative support as required.
required tools proficiency:
mailchimp canva google workspace (docs, sheets, calendar, gmail)
