Overall Goal Implement procedures, systems, and forms for employees updating information related to them, and prepare specialized documents and reports related to human resources operations. Implement procedures, systems, and forms for monitoring employees’ attendance and vacations of all kinds, amend forms when needed, apply the attendance control system, and ensure compliance with working hours. Apply annual, sick, and emergency leave policies and procedures, in addition to other leaves specified in the approved vacations policy. Professionally handle employee complaints, comments, requests, and inquiries, and effectively report problems to the Human Resources Manager. Record and document all information related to employees, including promotions, training courses, and matters related to salaries and benefits. Assist the HR manager in formulating policies, hiring, and managing payroll. Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees. Develop plans to prepare and educate newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations. Prepare specialized documents and reports related to human resources operations and maintain them in the database. Maintain employees' physical and digital files, documents, benefits, and attendance records. Direct and manage the process of identifying the training needs of employees, preparing annual training plans, and ensuring the effectiveness of training and learning methods in coordination with department managers. Plan to identify and select recruitment methods, develop recruitment procedures and programs, analyze candidate information and data, ensure accuracy of information, complete documents, and prepare specialized reports in the field of recruitment. Skills · Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field. · Three or more years of experience in an administrative role.
