Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Product Operations Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and executing strategies to support clients throughout the recovery process, ensuring healthy levels of collections, service, and goal achievement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational strategy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguous situations while managing challenging stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
