You can work with engineers and architects on breaking-down, scoping, and estimating tasks. You are proficient in providing Level 3 support for developed Cloud Services. You can develop & document operational procedures for service operations teams. Education / Experience / Other Information Must to have : You have at least 3+ years of hands-on technical working experience in the use of Azure Cloud and Google Cloud Platform for services such as: Container Orchestration (Google Kubernetes Engine, Azure Kubernetes Services, App Service Environment) Container Registry (Google Container Registry, Azure Container Registry) Virtual Private Cloud (Cloud Load Balancing, Network Security Groups, Private Endpoints etc.) IaaS Services (Compute, Azure Service Environments, App Engine, Autoscaler) Storage Services (Google Cloud Storage, Azure Storage Accounts, Managed Disks) Relational Database Services (Cloud SQL, AzureSQL Managed Instance). You have at least 3+ years of hands-on technical working experience of using Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) Tools (e.g., Git plus Azure DevOps and/or Jenkins and/or GitHub Enterprise, etc.) for the purposes of maintaining pipelines. You have at least 2+ years of hands-on technical working experience with GO programming language (Golang) or any OOP. You have hands-on technical working knowledge of Cloud Security concepts. You have hands-on technical working experience in providing L3 operational support on Azure Cloud and Google Cloud Platform services. B1 level of English. Soft sklills : You can demonstrate a proficiency in root cause analysis and problem solving in production support scenarios. Preferable : You have at least 3+ years of hands-on technical working experience in implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) delivery pipelines using HashiCorp’s Terraform (nice to have). You have at least 3+ years of hands-on technical working experience in the use of Configuration Management & Automation tools (e.g., Perforce’s Puppet and/or Red Hat Ansible and/or Progress® Chef®) (nice to have). You have at least 5+ years of hands-on technical working experience with Bash and/or Powershell to develop automation & deployment utilities (nice to have). You possess a sound knowledge of software development methodologies including Agile Scrum/Kanban and Waterfall (nice to have).
