Job Description: Junior Customer Service Associate (Data Insights) This role is key to ensuring the quality and accuracy of the data that feeds our market analysis, working with global methodologies and cutting-edge automation tools. You will be responsible for providing service to internal and external customers. The work will focus on developing level 1 and 2 coverage (using the global coverage playbook established) to ensure timely and accurate data entry, collaborating closely with internal teams to resolve incidents and deliver valuable insights. Key Responsibilities: - Apply NielsenIQ methods and the Global Coverage Playbook to develop accurate and timely data coverages - Validate and process client-submitted data, ensuring consistency with internal NielsenIQ information - Collaborate with local Issue Management teams to resolve incidents, prevent errors, and guarantee data analysis quality - Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, delivery times, and operational efficiency - Manage multiple complex databases, integrating information from various sources - Analyze data to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement - Suggest and implement process improvements, including automation using tools like Power BI, R, Python, or emerging technologies such as AI/ML - Clearly and professionally communicate findings and solutions to internal and external clients Requirements: - 6 months to maximum 3 years of experience in similar roles in data insights or data analysis (essential) - Advanced proficiency in Excel and macros (essential) - Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Python or R (essential) - Intermediate or advanced English language skills (B1 or B2) are a plus, but not exclusive - Power BI (desirable).
