Job Title: Pension Sales Head "> Description: - The Pension Sales Head is responsible for driving the commercial success of our product lines across selected regions in Europe. The portfolio includes pre-transplant solutions such as HLA typing as well as post-transplant patient surveillance solutions for solid organ and hematopoietic cell transplant recipients. - You will be responsible for opening new sales opportunities and closing existing ones through a combination of hunting (70%) and farming (30%) activities to achieve our top-line revenue target in EMEA. - A PhD or M.S., self-motivation, experience in NGS, HLA, or molecular biology in sales or marketing, comfort with NGS analysis software, and strong CRM and data analysis skills are required. - The role requires a disciplined approach to selling, time management, and reporting.
