Job Description As a professional in sales and business development, you will be responsible for selling and booking group programs and young learner products. This includes handling inbound and outbound communications, building strong relationships with agents, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting client retention and reactivation strategies. The role involves promoting the ALPADIA UPP Germany program and managing a full sales pipeline, from quote to post-sale customer support. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies. - Handle inbound/outbound calls and follow up on quotes and inquiries (English & Spanish). - Generate and manage leads through cold calling and database outreach. - Identify new business opportunities with private/public institutions. - Develop client relationships and schedule meetings with key decision-makers. - Maintain accurate booking and reporting within internal systems. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development - Provide high-quality support before, during, and after booking. - Resolve issues, manage cancellations/postponements, and escalate complaints as needed. - Strengthen relationships with agents, parents, and students. - Ensure timely communication and updates across all stages of the student journey. Administrative & Strategic Support - Accurately log data and documentation within Kaplan systems. - Support Account and Regional Managers with market insights and campaign strategies. - Liaise with finance and marketing teams for contract processing and agent requests. Desired Skills & Qualifications - At least 1 year of relevant sales experience. - Bilingual (English/Spanish); strong communication and negotiation skills. - Salesforce CRM experience preferred. - Resilient, proactive, and results-driven with attention to detail. - Flexible, adaptable, and capable of working under pressure.
