Job Description We are seeking an experienced Business Solutions Support Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding new customers and supporting applications related to managed file transfers. Key Responsibilities - Champion a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge. - Conduct testing of new software releases to ensure successful implementation with no impact to existing code base. - Maintain system performance, troubleshoot, and fix errors. - Work in a cross-functional Agile team to deliver core business and regulatory solutions. Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Sciences, or a related field. - At least 1 year of experience in application support or customer support applications. - Working knowledge of communication protocols. - Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
