About the Role This is a key position for a Customer Success Strategist to collaborate with channel partners in Latin America, driving their customer success organizations. You will be responsible for developing strategies and consulting with distributors to increase their annual recurring revenue (ARR). The role requires close collaboration with territory channel management teams and business leaders to drive the ARR strategy. Your performance will be measured based on distributor partners' growth in ARR, on-time renewals, and reduction in churn. You will work closely with distributors to develop customer success strategies, educate and enable them on customer success motions, investments, and resources. Additionally, you will train their customer success teams and monitor their performance on success metrics and KPIs. Responsibilities: - Develop customer success strategies with assigned distributors. - Educate and enable distributor executives on customer success motions, investments, and resources. - Train distributor customer success teams. - Monitor and manage distributor performance on success metrics and KPIs such as Net Retention Rate, Net Renewal Rate, Expansion, and Churn. - Guide distributors on accessing contract and subscription data to maximize customer value. - Translate customer data into insights that meet business objectives. - Gather feedback from distributors and customers on services and subscriptions. - Collaborate with teams to improve partner and customer experience. - Provide feedback to ensure service offerings meet customer needs. - Coordinate efforts with distributors and high-touch Customer Success Managers on joint account management. Requirements The Essentials: - Bachelor's degree - Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese - Ability to travel 25% of the time - Legal authorization to work in the US (no sponsorship) The Preferred: - 8+ years of experience working with customers or partners in a commercial or technical role - Ability to work with cross-functional teams - Experience with buy/resell market access models - Knowledge of service organization and delivery - Strong motivation and collaboration skills - Commercial acumen - Ability to develop and execute a services ARR strategy - Customer-centric approach to strategic value What We Offer We welcome all candidates who are passionate about making a difference in the industry.
