Job Description FullStack is currently seeking a Sales Professional to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business development activities, traveling onsite, and forecasting/achieving revenue growth targets. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for our services, focusing on both current and prospective clients. - Be responsible for achieving revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for your portfolio of strategic accounts. - Create and maintain a detailed account plan outlining necessary relationships, opportunities, revenue expectations, and strategies to address potential threats and weaknesses. Required Skills and Qualifications: - 5+ years of professional experience in sales. - 2+ years of sales experience in the software consulting, IT staffing, or IT recruiting industry. - Proficiency with CRM practices, with experience in Hubspot as a preferred tool.
