Appgate is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the development of the Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) within our 360 Fraud Protection platform. Responsibilities include managing the entire product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving adoption and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: - Gather input from clients, market research, and stakeholders to guide product strategy. - Document customer experience and value propositions. - Create and maintain outcome-based product roadmaps, setting priorities based on vision, cost/value, and trends. - Work with UX teams on user journeys and designs. - Establish success metrics and track them. - Lead product teams, define high-level requirements, and break them down into technical user stories. - Produce documentation, including technical guides, training materials, and marketing collateral. - Support sales, marketing, and customer support as the product expert. - Coordinate release planning and communication. - Collaborate with other product managers to ensure platform cohesion. Qualifications: - 3–5 years as a product owner or similar role. - 8+ years in software or financial services, preferably in CIAM, Identity Management, Authentication, or Fraud Prevention. - Self-motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. - Skilled in market research and competitive analysis. - Strong in product roadmap and backlog management. - Able to translate technical concepts into business value. - Collaborative with strong relationship-building skills. - Willing to travel occasionally. - Understanding of Agile, Scrum, and software development lifecycle. Language Skills: - Native English speaker with proficiency in Spanish, or - Native Spanish speaker with proficiency in English. Nice to Have: - Experience with Mobile apps, SDKs, APIs, and enterprise SaaS platforms. - Familiarity with technical diagrams, databases, UX design, and sales support.
