Job Title: Telecoms Trainer We are seeking a talented professional to fill the role of Telecoms Trainer. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver exceptional customer service through effective training programs on Netcracker Solutions. - Create and update training courseware, including core and customized content. - Participate in Training Needs Analysis with clients to identify their requirements. - Develop metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. - Facilitate training evaluations at all levels. - Document training processes and programs to ensure consistency. - Travel to customer sites as needed to provide training. - Customize training delivery based on customer requirements and culture. - Provide internal product training as necessary. Requirements: - Experience in developing and delivering customer-facing training. - Fluency in English and Spanish. - Experience in BSS, OSS, or telecommunications is preferred. - Bonus skills include: - Application development with Java and JavaScript. - Experience with relational databases (Oracle preferred). - Knowledge of application servers (Websphere, Weblogic). - Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, Unix). Education: - BS/BA in Technology or related fields.
