This agreement aims to benefit Roiback’s clients by providing a higher conversion rate and a lower acquisition cost, and also to achieve better performance and a higher optimization on this service. Concurrently, and with the objective of offering better solutions to a changing industry where the weight of the metasearch engines is more and more relevant, Roiback has launched Metabase Pro, a specialized solution for the efficient management of the metasearch engines, that Roiback already offered with its reservation platform but from now will also be available for clients who do not use the BackHotel from Roiback. JOB DESCRIPTION: El DCS es el principal punto de contacto entre el cliente y Roiback. Su misión fundamental es incrementar el nível de ventas de cada uno de los clientes de la cartera que administra; gracias a la optimización del marketing online de su canal directo de cada uno de sus productos disponibles, asesorándole en las nuevas tendencias del marketing online, competitividad y rentabilidad. Se cuidará con esmero el nível de servicio prestado al cliente, procurando gestionar con celeridad y exactitud las cuestiones que éste traslade respecto del servicio contratado con Roiback. Las principales funciones a cubrir son: - Soporte en la definición de objetivos para una cuenta.- Revisar continuamente que se cumplan los objetivos de venta y calidad de servicio acordados con el cliente- Diagnosticar periódicamente el nível de optimización de la cuenta en la comercialización online de su producto; definir y ejecutar el plan de acción que maximice los ingresos a través del canal directo; y reportar el estado de logro.- - Asesorar en planes de mejora de pricing y Revenue Management para el canal directo- Informar e implementar los nuevos productos de valor añadido que Roiback pone a disposición de sus clientes.- Atender las necesidades del cliente, directamente en cuanto a cambios en la comercialización de su producto, y en coordinación y seguimiento con los departamentos que se encargan de resolver el resto de solicitudes.- Aumentar el nível de fidelización: Mantener contacto con los responsables de la cuenta del cliente a través de llamadas periódicas y visitas presenciales; y evaluar continuamente el progreso y sus necesidades.
