Job Description We are seeking a skilled and proactive Operations Supervisor to lead our daily operational activities, including scheduling, onboarding, and team coordination. This role is critical to ensuring smooth workflows and supporting the success of our remote teams. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, possess excellent communication and leadership skills, and be able to develop and maintain effective team schedules. Additionally, they will oversee the onboarding process for new team members, assign peer mentors, and track progress. They will also serve as the first point of contact for operational questions and day-to-day team issues. Our Operations Supervisor will work closely with leadership to identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions. They will foster a positive, inclusive, and productive remote team culture and ensure that all administrative and training steps are completed efficiently. The successful candidate will have strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills and be comfortable working with digital tools such as scheduling software, spreadsheets, and communication platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain effective team schedules to ensure optimal coverage. - Lead the onboarding process for new team members, assigning peer mentors and tracking progress. - Serve as the first point of contact for operational questions and day-to-day team issues. - Monitor team performance and adherence to processes, escalating concerns to leadership when necessary. - Document and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for scheduling, onboarding, and reporting. - Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive remote team culture. - Work closely with leadership to identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions. Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: - Proven experience in operations, team supervision, or coordination, preferably in a startup, BPO, or remote work environment. - Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Comfortable working with digital tools such as scheduling software, spreadsheets, and communication platforms. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-changing, remote environment.
