Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Business Support Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in building relationships with new clients and existing customers through virtual meetings, phone calls, and presentations. You will be responsible for working closely with our Customer Care Teams to ensure all customer inquiries are promptly addressed and collaborate with colleagues across the clients organization to share knowledge and best practices. In addition, you will stay up-to-date on logistics market trends and developments, negotiate and close deals to grow revenue, and manage the sales process from start to finish using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be an empathetic, responsible, and proactive person with multi-tasking skills and the ability to solve any situation. - Intermediate English (60%), advanced Portuguese (80%), and Spanish language proficiency is required. - A minimum of one year of experience in sales in digital marketing is preferred.
