At AbbVie we are looking for a Key Account Management Associate, your main responsabilities will be: - To be the sales manager of the area in charge of the Eye Care portfolio in Colombia, in charge of the sales of the territory for the assigned portfolio, with analytical follow-up of each of its clients, and the construction of an information base that documents the account plan and its bimonthly progress. - Develop territory plans for each key account, establishing the direction, development, and execution of the proposals, working as a team with your leader, Brand Manager and Business Unit Manager. - Ensure understanding of the Eye Care market trend, and have a relevant voice when having high level conversations both internally and externally. - Align, resolve and feedback the effort of the In-Field Team (IFT) matrix groups throughout the year and the different internal stakeholders. - Prepare, present and negotiate commercial agreements, based on the current market situation, leveraging on Business Intelligence tools available and proactively articulating with internal teams to determine the best proposals for our customers. - To propose trade marketing activities with KPIs for the OTC portfolio in order to achieve the commercial objectives for the Eye Care portfolio. - Become a benchmark with the required and approvable levels of knowledge for your product and market. - Understand the patient pathway, demand cycle and contracting types to anticipate changes and barriers, and identify unmet needs, in order to propose service strategies involving Allergan (wholly owned subsidiary of AbbVie), insurers, logistics operators and other key stakeholders. - Perform monthly, quarterly and annual sales estimates with high level of assertiveness. - Manage inventories, and minimize the returns indicator agreed with the company and the finance area. - Collect receivables according to the target established for the accounts and company guidelines. - Comply with the responsibilities and obligations related to the General System of Safety and Health at Work. - Be an ambassador of our Ways of Work, our Principles, our Tribe culture and our Ethics and Compliance standards on a daily basis. **Requirements**: - Professional in business administration, economics, health careers, or related. - Indispensable minimum relevant experience of 7 years in trade marketing, with proven track record of success in the pharmaceutical and/or mass consumption industry. - Knowledge and management of key accounts in the trade channel (cash registers and chains) and institutional. - Advanced knowledge of information systems (Microsoft Office) and SAP. - Residence in Bogota, with availability to travel 50% of the time. - Leadership and proactivity. - Knowledge of the Colombian health system, and its critical routes, health care systems, integrating "Business Analytics" for the analysis of the business and the accounts in charge. - Strategic thinking that allows him/her to make decisions with criteria and responsibility. - Administrative ability to follow up and attention to detail. - Advanced oral and written communication skills.
