Job Description This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing operations specialist to take ownership of large-scale automated outreach campaigns that drive real business results. You’ll be managing sophisticated email sequences reaching thousands of prospects while optimising LinkedIn Sales Navigator strategies for maximum effectiveness. The role offers significant autonomy to recommend and implement the best automation tools and processes, working with a results-driven client who values efficiency and technical expertise. You’ll have the opportunity to troubleshoot, optimize, and scale marketing automation systems while working remotely with flexible scheduling. Responsibilities Manage and optimize automated email sequences for a database of 11,000+ high-value prospects Execute strategic cold outreach campaigns using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate qualified leads Operate and continuously improve Sky Lead automation system integrated with Sales Navigator Monitor campaign performance and manage automated follow-up sequences for maximum conversion Evaluate, recommend, and implement superior marketing automation platforms and tools Handle day-to-day technical management of cold lead generation processes and workflows Troubleshoot automation systems to eliminate errors and enhance performance metrics Provide strategic recommendations for system optimization and process improvements
Requirements Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and advanced prospecting techniques (required) Proven track record in cold outreach, lead generation, and marketing automation management Technical experience with marketing automation platforms such as Sky Lead, BotDog, or similar systems is preferred Expertise in email marketing automation, sequence management, and campaign optimization Strong analytical skills to evaluate and recommend marketing technology solutions Exceptional attention to detail with ability to prevent and resolve automation errors Experience managing large prospect databases, segmentation, and lead scoring systems Self-motivated professional who can work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication skills and ability to provide strategic recommendations for process improvements
