As an Area Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding and consolidating our presence in your assigned territory, leading the team to achieve revenue targets. This is a remote position open to candidates in Colombia, Peru, or Ecuador. What you'll do: Expand and strengthen our presence in the territory; Lead the team to meet revenue goals; Monitor and analyze team KPIs; Acquire key partners, agency chains, vertical groups, and API partners; Support key account management; Recruit new business partners, strengthen existing relationships, and negotiate with them; Develop team members through hiring and training; Contribute to the division's marketing strategy; Conduct market research, reporting, analysis, and forecasting using Tableau and internal tools. Requirements: At least 5 years of successful leadership experience in sales and account management, with deep knowledge of the regional travel market, and a strong background in sales and business development within the B2B travel industry; In-depth understanding of the region's travel market, including B2B networks (tour operators, travel agencies, TMCs, OTAs) and online booking systems; Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus; Up to 30% travel may be required; Strong analytical skills, experience with data-driven decision making, KPIs, and innovative technology; Proactive, ambitious, motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-changing environment; team player; Ability to operate across diverse cultural contexts reflecting ETG's global presence; Experience with API technology deals is advantageous.
