Job Overview A Customer Service Representative is needed to handle patient calls, schedule appointments, and ensure a seamless experience for patients while keeping dental operations running smoothly and professionally. "> - Respond to patient calls and inquiries in both English and Spanish - Schedule and confirm appointments using dental scheduling software - Collect and update patient data while maintaining HIPAA compliance - Support completion of dental forms and insurance documentation - Coordinate with dental staff for consultations and follow-ups - Escalate issues when needed and ensure service quality - Monitor call queues, help onboard new team members when needed About the Role This mid-senior level position requires 1–2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a dental office or call center. The ideal candidate will have fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written), strong interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in CRM or EMR systems and scheduling tools. A high school diploma is required; healthcare or dental training is preferred.
