We are seeking a seasoned Data Director to lead our Latin American data technology initiatives. About the Role This leadership position will define and execute the strategic roadmap for modernizing and optimizing data infrastructure, driving innovation and ensuring alignment with broader business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and drive the data technology strategy for the LatAm division, ensuring alignment with global business objectives. - Lead transformation initiatives that modernize data infrastructure, implementing cutting-edge technologies such as cloud data warehouses, data lakes and advanced analytics platforms. - Foster innovation by identifying emerging trends in data technology and applying them to business opportunities. Requirements: - 10+ years of experience in data technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a director or senior director role. - Extensive experience in managing large-scale data infrastructures, including data warehouses, data lakes and ETL processes. - In-depth understanding of modern data technologies and their application to business challenges. - Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
