We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to support the re-invention of the way we measure how people shop, both online and in-store. Job Description - Join an international team in a flexible working environment, supporting North American Consumer Product development. - Become an SME supporting statistical models for consumer panel data products - Support Client data inquiries and translate technical results back to stakeholders - Evaluate current methodologies and identify opportunities for enhancement, when inconsistencies are identified - Provide training and support to other teams that interact with the client output models - Summarize and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders - Develop and maintain documentation of findings, methodologies, and best practices Qualifications - Bachelor’s or master's degree in mathematics, Statistics, or Data Science with 3 or more years of experience. - Strong aptitude for data analysis with an ability to manipulate, analyze and interpret large data sources. - Advanced knowledge of statistical models, with an ability to troubleshoot and investigate data anomalies - Experienced in Python, with 3 years or more demonstrated experience: Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly - Intermediate knowledge of SQL working with queries and large-scale databases - Experienced in technology stack for cloud computing (Azure, Databricks, Snowflake), for executing queries and analyzing data. - Experience with Version control processes, to manage revision and review - Proficiency working with agile task management processes, including Jira for task management and Confluence for documentation of results. - Eager to continuously learn and adopt and develop evolving technologies and tools - Strong communication and collaboration skills, to network with stakeholders and support teams and achieve goals.
