Job Description The Sourcer is responsible for identifying candidates through proactive sourcing techniques. This role involves sourcing hard-to-fill positions and developing recruitment marketing activities to support robust candidate pipelines. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement proactive sourcing services for a mix of roles as requested by Recruiters and leadership. - Develop passive candidate sourcing strategies and pipelines using various methods. - Deliver comprehensive support and consultation to business hiring groups in driving sourcing strategy. - Drive specialized passive candidate marketing plans to create talent communities. - Build and manage processes to qualify candidates using available job description information, references, technical screens, and test sources. - Promote the purpose and strategy of the Sourcing team and role to stakeholders. Required Skills and Qualifications: - High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. - Minimum 5+ years of results-oriented recruiting experience in an in-house, RPO, or agency setting with demonstrated successes specific to research and sourcing. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Expert-level experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
